Os preços da uva negra sem semente fecharam julho 7,4% maiores que os do mês anterior no Vale do São Francisco (PE/BA). Na média, a variedade foi vendida a R$ 6,52/kg, 62% acima do custo de produção estimado junto a colaboradores do Hortifrúti/Cepea, mantendo a rentabilidade positiva.

Em 2024, todos os meses do ano foram de cotações superiores aos gastos. Contudo, neste início de agosto, os valores caíram e, para alguns colaboradores, irão se aproximar dos custos unitários de produção – já foram relatadas vendas abaixo de R$ 5,00/kg.

Segundo pesquisadores do Hortifrúti/Cepea, a desvalorização deve-se ao aumento da oferta, havendo, inclusive, sobras nos estoques.
