Com a perspectiva de um cenário econômico mundial desafiador, o feijão brasileiro pode se tornar fonte de proteína a nível global. Durante a Gulfood, feira de alimentos e bebidas realizada nesta semana em Dubai (Emirados Árabes Unidos), o presidente do Instituto Brasileiro de Feijão e Pulses (Ibrafe), Marcelo Lüders, falou de perspectivas para o setor. No evento, ele demonstrou entusiasmo, pois externou que acredita que o segmento poderá ser beneficiado diante de dificuldades econômicas mundiais. O dirigente falou sobre o assunto ao ser entrevistado pela repórter Michelle Jardim — o material foi exibido na edição desta sexta-feira (24) do telejornal ‘Mercado & Companhia’ (vídeo acima).
