Senado vota nesta terça-feira parecer sobre decreto de armas

O Senado discuti nesta terça-feira, dia 18, o projeto (PDL 233/2019) que susta o decreto do governo que amplia as possibilidades de porte de arma (Decreto 9785, de 2019). O projeto foi aprovado, em conjunto com outras seis propostas, na última quarta-feira, dia 12, na Comissão de Constituição, Justiça e Cidadania (CCJ). Segundo o presidente do Senado, Davi Alcolumbre, foi feito um acordo com as lideranças para que a matéria, de iniciativa do senador Randolfe Rodrigues (Rede-AP), seja apreciada no Plenário na próxima semana.

O regulamento do Executivo altera o Estatuto do Desarmamento. Assinado em maio pelo presidente da República, Jair Bolsonaro, o decreto concede porte a 20 categorias profissionais e aumenta de 50 para 5 mil o número de munições que o proprietário de arma de fogo pode comprar anualmente.
