JBJ Agropecuária adquire a Mataboi

Aquisição permitirá retorno da companhia ao setor de bovinos brasileiroA JBJ Agropecuária, empresa que pertence a José Batista Júnior, fundador da JBS/Friboi, adquiriu a Fratelli Dorazio Investimentos, controladora da Mataboi Alimentos, que atualmente encontra-se em recuperação judicial. Não foram divulgados os detalhes financeiros da compra. 

Segundo ela, a aquisição da Mataboi “representa o retorno da JBJ ao setor de bovinos brasileiro”.
