O mercado de boi gordo iniciou a semana com baixo volume de negócios, com os frigoríficos aguardando melhores cotações para voltarem a comprar. A situação levou a uma piora das vendas em relação à primeira semana do mês. As informações são da Scot Consultoria.

Além disso, as escalas de abate estão ajustadas e atendem a demanda facilmente. Em São Paulo, as programações estão completas por cinco dias.

A Scot prevê que, caso as vendas permaneçam fracas, os preços da carne podem perder força.
