Código Florestal: o futuro do agro nas mãos do STF

O Supremo Tribunal Federal discutiu novamente na semana passada o futuro do Código Florestal Brasileiro. A lei, que vai completar 6 anos em maio, já sofreu mudanças depois que quatro ações de inconstitucionalidade e uma de constitucionalidade começaram a ser julgadas. Em duas sessões, na última quarta e quinta-feira, nove dos onze ministros proferiram os votos sobre as propostas de alteração da lei. O impasse promete finalmente ter um desfecho na próxima quarta-feira, dia 28, quando o voto do ministro Celso de Mello será conhecido, julgamento que deve esclarecer alguns pontos que têm deixado o setor agropecuário apreensivo. Esta edição do Bancada Rural se dedica a entender o que pode mudar no agronegócio com a sessão desta semana. Participaram da discussão o comentarista Benedito Rosa, o advogado da Confederação da Agricultura e Pecuária, Rodrigo Justus, e o diretor da Agroicone, Rodrigo Lima.
