Alexandre Garcia: Eleições devem influenciar debates no Congresso e Judiciário

Segundo o comentarista, temas como a reforma tributária e a PEC dos combustíveis podem ficar sem avaliação neste ano

Esta semana marca a retomada dos trabalhos no Congresso Nacional e também do Judiciário. Para o comentarista do Canal Rural Alexandre Garcia, o Legislativo vai debater sobre reforma tributária. No entanto, o tema não deve avançar nas duas Casas neste ano de eleições.

“Senado e Câmara, cada um tem seu projeto sobre o tema e isso dificulta qualquer avanço sobre o tema, especialmente em ano de eleição. Além disso devem fazer esse ‘barulho’ para mostrar que eles sabem da necessidade da reforma tributária”, diz Alexandre Garcia.

Ainda de acordo com o comentarista, o único tema que deve avançar no Senado é a PEC sobre os combustíveis. No entanto, a questão sobre o ICMS pode atrapalhar os debates, além das eleições.

“A eleição de outubro é que vai influenciar tudo o que será debatido no Congresso e até no Judiciário”, afirma o comentarista.
