O Dia Mundial da Água é celebrado nesta quarta-feira (22). A comemoração foi instituída em 1992 pela Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU). A data tem como objetivo promover conscientização da população. E o agronegócio é um dos setores que mais faz uso direto de recursos hídricos. Práticas sustentáveis para o uso da água dentro das propriedades podem ajudar — e muito. Para saber mais sobre isso, o Canal Rural entrevistou Alexandre Ortega. Pesquisador da Embrapa Solos e Meio Ambiente, ele falou sobre o assunto ao conversar com a jornalista e apresentadora Pryscilla Paiva durante a edição desta quarta-feira (22) do telejornal ‘Mercado & Companhia’ (vídeo acima).
