Produtores estão insatisfeitos com burocracia gerada por regra sobre rastreabilidade

Normativa exige que agricultores especifiquem dados de origem e lote em embalagens dos produtos

A equipe da Família Nação Agro, parceria do Canal Rural com o Senar-SP, passou por Piedade, no interior paulista, e por lá os produtores rurais estão insatisfeitos com a normativa sobre rastreabilidade, publicada pelo Ministério da Agricultura e pela Agência NAcional de Vigilância Sanitária (Anvisa). A nova regra exige que agricultores especifiquem dados de origem e lote em embalagens de frutas e hortaliças. De acordo com o repórter Tobias Ferraz, eles estão incomodados com o aumento da burocracia.
